These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and your purchase of the digital product 365 Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Recipes and its bonuses (together, the "Product"). By using this website or buying the Product, you agree to these terms.

1. The Product

The Product is a digital recipe collection delivered in PDF format, together with three digital bonuses: the Essential Shopping List, the 30-Day Meal Plan and the Smart Substitutions Guide. No physical item will be shipped.

2. Purchase and payment

Purchases are processed by Hotmart, which acts as the payment processor and reseller. Prices are shown in US dollars and may be converted to your local currency by your bank or by Hotmart. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. By completing the purchase, you also agree to Hotmart's Terms of Use.

3. Delivery and access

After your payment is approved, you will receive access to the Product by email, usually within minutes. Your access is for life: you can download the files and read them on your phone, tablet or computer, or print them. If you don't receive your access, check your spam folder and then contact us.

4. 15-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 15 days of your purchase. Refunds are requested and processed through Hotmart's buyer support or the link in your purchase confirmation email. After a refund, your access to the Product will be removed.

5. Personal license

When you buy the Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, publish or make the Product available to others, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content, including text, recipes, design and images, is protected by copyright.

The Product is for general culinary and informational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional or dietary advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary.
